Marvel's Fourth Phase is moving again. On Monday, Disney announced that all of its upcoming films at the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2022 and 2023 will be delayed, reportedly due to production problems that create a domino effect. Thus, each MCU Phase 4 theme replaces the one behind it. Strange Doctor of Multiverse of Madness shifted from March 25, 2022, to May 6, 2022. That pushes Thor: Love and Thunder until July 8, 2022. Next, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was to be released on November 11, 2022. As a result, The Marvels continued to February 17, 2023. And finally, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is shifted to July 28, 2023.

The only MCU Phase 4 title held on its release date is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, dated May 5, 2023. Of course, the same is true of the next two chapters of the MCU, Eternals on November 5 and Spider-Man: No Way Home on December 17, but that is because they are ready, finished, and awaiting release. With the new delay, that means there will be only three Marvel Studios titles on the big screen in 2022, down from four in 2021: The Black Widow, Shang-Chi and The Tale of Ten Rings, Eternals, and Spider-Man: No. Way Home (co-produced by Sony Pictures). Also, we look at the five-month gap between Spider-Man and Dr. Strange.

Apart from this fans are eagerly awaiting the new look of Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), the last of Tom Holland as Spider-Man. Recent reports suggest that a second No Way Home trailer featuring Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield may be released in the early November.
